What's the buzz?

Help desk at this college gets a call from the VP of Advancement, complaining that his laptop is making a buzzing sound, reports a pilot fish in the know.

"When we asked him to describe the sound, he said, 'It sounds like bees buzzing,'" fish says. "So we sent one of our techs over to investigate the problem.

"Sure enough, he gets there and hears the described buzzing sound. He then proceeds to shut off the laptop. He still hears the buzzing sound.

"He then looks out the window behind the laptop and sees a bees' nest in the window sill.

"Case solved -- and it's one of the first times we ever had an accurate description of a problem from a VP."
